This solution was developed for one of the world`s leading manufacturer of cardboard packaging. The company`s business covers the production chain, from harvesting to the final customer, from large-scale research and development to a developed system of environmental protection. This knowledge and experience enable the company to offer a unique selection of cardboard and paper materials for existing and future types of packaging and graphics.
Prior to implementing Microsoft Dynamics NAV, the company used a number of systems to manage business processes, but by the lack of integration delays of production appeared, it was problematic to calculate the cost and minimum prices. This limited the ability to meet the demand for faster order fulfillment and shipping and not allowed to use the potential to achieve the current level of service.
As most suitable ERP system was selected Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
