SIA Sintegra provides clients with support in the ERP system "Microsoft Dynamics NAV" operating, which include:
  • informative support;
  • Operational guidelines for system performance ("hot line");
  • Providing error correction in system code;
  • consultancy services on request;
  • adaptation of the standard features of the system in accordance to changes in local legislation inline with the client's business.
In order to receive support services, support contract is to be signed. Support services will be provided as long as support agreement is active, but anyway product is covered by aftersales warranty for 12 months from the date of sale.

"hot-line support" is available to CUSTOMER during weekdays from 9:30 to 18:00
SIA Sintegra undertakes to provide solutions as soon as possible, but not later than 4 (four) working hours after the request is received.
